During this assignment you will evaluate the overall service provided by Menards with a focus on your experience and interaction with employees in three different departments.
Please reference the form and the attached guidelines in the form before your shop! These guidelines will have the various Projects/Scenarios you will talk about with the Menards employees!
Photos of the department banners/signs are required as well as the time you entered and left each department. You are required to be in the store for a minimum of 20 minutes to conduct a proper evaluation.
