Attention Shopper: As of 7/1/26, a modification to the whopper is required. You must fully review the guidelines and questionnaire before performing this shop.
KEY ASPECTS OF THE ASSIGNMENT:
You must accurately keep track of various timings and observations during this shop.
You will be timing your journey through the drive thru and documenting the time you enter the drive thru line, the time you arrive at the speaker, the time you are greeted, the time you begin placing your order, the time you finish placing your order, the time you reach the pickup window and the time you receive your entire order. In addition, you will observe and document how long it takes from the time you receive your food to when you take the temperature of the sandwich and the fries.
Pull over and take the temperature of the sandwich first and the fries second.
You will go inside the restaurant and look around the dining area and in the restroom for cleanliness.
You will make cleanliness observations for the exterior of the restaurant.
If the drive thru is closed, you must perform your shop inside as a carryout shop.

Interior - 1 photo including as much of the dining area as possible
- Menu board (exterior if drive thru open, interior if carryout shop)
- Outside of the bag the food came in
- Sandwich still wrapped (with clamshell open)
- Sandwich with top bun removed
- Fries
- Receipt
- Photo showing drive thru lane not clean or free of debris/trash. (If applicable)
- Photo showing parking lot not clean or free of debris/trash. (If applicable)
- Photos of any items needing repair. (If applicable up to 2 photos)
- Photo proof of being inside the restaurant (ie: dining area)
- In order to complete this assignment you must take the Certification BK General Overview. To access it, click on your Shopper ID within your profile and expand the page. Click on Tests and Qualifications and choose the BK General Overview test. Do not apply for this shop under you have completed and passed that certification as your application will be denied
